Tejaswini Uma Sudhir and Adithya Vedhamani from BTech CSE IoT 3rd Year – Team ATOps bagged the 7th position in the Google Hack4Change Hackathon organised by THub, The Nudge Institute at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
This hackathon was part of G20 India and Startup20’s Charcha’23 which had speakers and changemakers from around the globe.
The problem statement was to improve the lives of small and marginal farmers through android. The idea from the duo was to diversify the income of farmers through a concept called AgroTourism.
Both were mentored by SDE’s from Google and CEO’s of startups from THub through the duration of the hackathon.
From over 300+ teams, they got selected to the finals through their idea and the final working prototype through the hackathon got them to the final TOP 12. The teams were from different parts of the country, Hyderabad, Chennai. Mumbai, Jharkhand, Pune and so on.
They got special recognition from the organising institutes for being one of the ideas which had real market potential, were technically viable and practically scalable.
They have been asked to seed/incubate our idea into a startup.
