UG Programs Offered
The B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS) trains students in both basic and advanced Mathematical foundations of Probability and Statistics, and in real-life data analytics. It aims to create future data scientists and data analysts.
The B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering provides a highly impactful engineering education that blends medicine and technology. The B.Tech. in Internet of Things (IoT) trains students to develop IoT products and services alongside the devices for sensing, actuating, processing, and intercommunication. The program dives deep into the application of IoT in various sectors.

- The Institute reserves the right to offer a very limited number of candidates, out of those who score a minimum of 90 Percentile in JEE Main Exams, they have an option of direct Interview.
- Only JEE Mains Score of minimum 90 percentile acceptable under this track.
- In the Application Form enter your JEE Mains Percentile Score in the field provided in the “Academic Details” Section
- As the number of seats through this route is very small, it is recommended that Applicants appear for SNUCEE even if they have scored more than 90 percentile in JEE Main Exams.
Following students are eligible to apply for Admissions during AY 2026-27
- Completed their 10th Standard Board Exams in 2023 0r 2024.
- Completed their 12th Standard Board Exams in 2025 or have appeared for it in 2026.

Admission Process
- It is mandatory for the applicant to appear for SNU Chennai Entrance Exam (SNUCEE) at designated test centers in select cities (For B Tech Programs limited no. of seats are available through JEE Mains Score Track. Please refer to Information Brochure for details)
- Submit fully completed Application Forms and upload all mandatory documents. You will then be taken to the SNUCEE Slot Booking Portal (All applicants must book a SNUCEE Slot)
- After Slot Booking, you will be taken to the Application Fee Payment Portal for payment of Application Fee Payment and confirmation of Slot Booking
- SNUCEE is conducted across more than one phase in some of the major cities
- Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on performance in SNUCEE will be interviewed by a faculty Panel. Interview dates will be intimated directly to the shortlisted candidates on their registered email-ids
- Students selected for Admission after the Interview will be sent Provisional Admission Offer directly to their registered email-ids.
- Admission will be confirmed subject to fulfilling all eligibility requirements and verification of Original Documents.

Admission Process
- It is mandatory for the applicant to appear for SNU Chennai Entrance Exam (SNUCEE) at designated test centers in select cities (For B Tech Programs limited no. of seats are available through JEE Mains Score Track. Please refer to Information Brochure for details)
- Submit fully completed Application Forms and upload all mandatory documents. You will then be taken to the SNUCEE Slot Booking Portal (All applicants must book a SNUCEE Slot)
- After Slot Booking, you will be taken to the Application Fee Payment Portal for payment of Application Fee Payment and confirmation of Slot Booking
- SNUCEE is conducted across more than one phase in some of the major cities
- Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on performance in SNUCEE will be interviewed by a faculty Panel. Interview dates will be intimated directly to the shortlisted candidates on their registered email-ids
- Students selected for Admission after the Interview will be sent Provisional Admission Offer directly to their registered email-ids.

- It is mandatory for the applicant to appear for SNU Chennai Entrance Exam (SNUCEE) at designated test centers in select cities (For B Tech Programs limited no. of seats are available through JEE Mains Score Track. Please refer to Information Brochure for details)
- Submit fully completed Application Forms and upload all mandatory documents. You will then be taken to the SNUCEE Slot Booking Portal (All applicants must book a SNUCEE Slot)
- After Slot Booking, you will be taken to the Application Fee Payment Portal for payment of Application Fee Payment and confirmation of Slot Booking
- SNUCEE is conducted across more than one phase in some of the major cities
- Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on performance in SNUCEE will be interviewed by a faculty Panel. Interview dates will be intimated directly to the shortlisted candidates on their registered email-ids

We follow a rigorous process of admission. All admissions are based solely on merit. Marks secured in 12th Standard Board Exams, Performance in SNUCEE (or JEE Mains score – for details refer to Information Brochure), score in Personal Interview are taken into consideration for arriving at the Merit List for Admissions Offer.
