M. Tech. in Wireless Communication Technology

The M.Tech. in Wireless Communication Technology offered by SSN School of Engineering is a two-year postgraduate program designed to nurture engineers with expertise in next-generation communication systems. The program combines strong theoretical foundations with practical skills in:

  • wireless communication,
  • signal processing, and
  • intelligent network design.

Students benefit from state-of-the-art laboratories, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world technologies and innovations in emerging areas such as 6G, IoT, and AI/ML in communications. 

 

Teaching and learning are supported by excellent lab facilities, including:

 

  • 5G Use Case Lab – 5G Use Case Lab – supported by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India, providing facilities for work on advanced 5G and beyond communication scenarios, software-defined radios, and next-generation wireless research.
  • Speech & Language Technologies Lab – supporting advanced research in speech and natural language processing.
  • IoT System Design and Development Lab – enabling end-to-end IoT solutions, sensor integration, and connectivity applications.
  • EMC/EMI Measurements Lab and RF and Microwave Testing Lab – for antenna, propagation, and RF system testing.
  • Underwater Acoustic Research Lab – exploring underwater communication and sensing applications. 
  • Materials and MEMS Lab – supporting research in nanomaterials and sensor design.
