Dr. Satya Prakash Mani joined the Department of Commerce, School of Commerce and Management, at Shiv Nadar University Chennai in December 2025.He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, and a B.Com and M.Com from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. His work focused on related party transactions, board diversity, green bonds, ownership structure, and ESG disclosure.
