Nimisha Ghosh is an Assistant Professor, Grade III in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shiv Nadar University Chennai. She has completed her Masters and PhD from IIEST, Shibpur on the research topic “Data Collection Mechanism in Wireless Sensor Network”. She was a recipient of ERCIM Fellowship in 2021 to conduct Post Doctoral study at University of Warsaw, Poland. She also received fellowship in 2023 to conduct research work in CNR, IASI, Rome, Italy. She currently works on the applications of Artificial Intelligence especially Large Language Models in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics. She has published her works in many reputed journals and conferences. She is open to collaborations with anyone who is interested to work on LLMs.

She is an avid reader, foodie and a travel junkie!
