Dr. Ravi Sundaram

Dr. Ravi Sundaram is a Professor at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. He earned his doctorate and master’s in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as his bachelor’s in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras, India. Prior to joining Northeastern in 2003, Sundaram worked as a director of engineering at Akamai Technologies, where he played a critical role in the buildout of the world’s leading content delivery network. There, he established the mapping group responsible for directing over 10 billion browser requests per day to the optimal Akamai server. More details can be found here.
