Educational Qualifications

- B. Sc, M.Sc., Mphil.,(Mathematics) – Madurai Kamaraj University
Dr. M. Sundarakannan completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from Thiagarajar College, Madurai, affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University. He also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Research (PGDOR) from Pondicherry University and an M.Phil. in Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University. He successfully qualified the GATE 2007 examination in Mathematics. He worked as a Senior Research Fellow and completed his Ph.D. at the National Center for Advanced Research in Discrete Mathematics (n-CARDMATH), a project sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi, and affiliated with Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil. His research project focused on “Domination Related Functions in Graphs.”
He was awarded his Ph.D. for his thesis titled “Equivalence Domination in Graphs,”. After completing his Ph.D., he joined SSN College of Engineering as an Assistant Professor. He served at SSN from 2011 before moving to Shiv Nadar University, Chennai.
