B. Rajesh Kumar is a Professor at the School of Commerce and Management. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He has over 26 years of academic experience, including 16 years of teaching and research in the United Arab Emirates. He has served as Professor and Dean (Academics) at a business school in Dubai accredited by the Federal Ministry of Higher Education & Research.
He has published over 50 empirical research papers in ABDC, ISI, and Scopus-indexed journals.
