The School of Commerce and Management has organized an interactive session, ‘The Visionary Leadership,’ led by the renowned speaker Dr. G V Subramanian, Director, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kolkata. Visionary Leadership is a new name given in modern times for transformational leadership. A Visionary Leader is not a separate type of leader but a person who recognizes themselves as a team leader and not as a team member. They look at things differently, take the team along with them, and transform their vision into reality. They are basically a good communicator and forward thinker and excel in their personality. The session has been put together to inspire and educate the student community.
