CS (Dr) Azhaguraja N is presently working as Assistant Professor at Shiv Nadar University. Having dual master degree in commerce and management, He has received his Doctorate degree from Pondicherry University in the field of Finance (Corporate Governance) under UGC-JRF Scheme.

He is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has qualified UGC-NET in Commerce, Management and Labour Welfare.

His domain areas of teaching include Company Law, Security Law, Tax Laws, Financial Management and Accounting.

He has various publications in the field of Finance, Corporate Governance and presented research papers at National and International Conferences.

He possesses eight years of experience spreading in industry (two years), Academics (three years) and research (three years).

Before joining Shiv Nadar University he worked as company secretary at Gujarat JHM Hotels Limited, Surat.
